Bridal Information

Thank you for choosing Syeni Salon & Day Spa for your wedding day. We are dedicated to providing our brides the best services available. Our Bridal Coordinator will closely accompany you throughout this process for yourself and your bridal party from the first phone call to the day of your event. All services can be bought à la carte or you may customize a package that fits your exact needs. To begin this process we will need specific information from you such as names of every one in your entire party and services that they would like to receive. We require the booking service fee in order to begin the initial process. We will then promptly assign a wedding consultant to handle all your specific needs for this special occasion. We will also confirm everything via email to assure your day is a huge success! Below is a list of our prices as well as our booking fees. Booking Services

A $50 booking service fee is required for groups of 3-5, $100 booking service fee for groups of 6 or more. Booking service fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of scheduling appointments. The booking fee is separate fee and does not apply towards services. This will assign a bridal coordinator to exclusively work directly with your individual party and needs. Credit card reservations of 30% on all services are due upon booking your reservation time. We also require a signed Bridal Contract in order to complete the reservation process. Remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to Wedding Day. 18% gratuity will be added for all Bridal groups or events. Travel fees will apply to offsite weddings. Price depends on distance, date, number of providers and time.

Cancellation Policy

All group events require a credit card reservation with a 30% deposit at first scheduled appointment. If circumstances arise and you must cancel your appointment, we request that you notify us at minimum of 72 hours for individual services and 15 days for groups of 3 or more prior to your scheduled appointment. If we have not received a cancellation, your deposit will be non-refundable. A credit card is required to reserve appointments. No shows will be charged in full.
