Appointments

To Ensure a Positive Experience

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on scheduled treatments and will be responsible for full service fees. Our scheduling times reflect actual treatment times. Earlier or later appointments can be accommodated but must be booked in advance. No smoking is permitted in our Spa Environment. We can not be responsible for valuables and suggest that you refrain from bringing them to the spa. Out of consideration for our other guests, please mute pagers and cell phones in the spa.

 

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies

If circumstances arise and you must cancel your appointment, we request that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Spa packages as well as services booked for groups and parties require a credit card deposit and an 18% gratuity for groups of five or more people.  If we have not received cancellation notice 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, there will be a service charge of 50%.
